Ingredients:

Rice noodles
Chinese chives
Beansprouts
Egg
Tofu
Peanuts
Lime
Chilli powder
Chicken and/or prawn

Instructions:

  1. Soak the noodles in water at room temperature for 30 minutes
  2. Heat the wok at high temperature, coat with oil and fry the tofu and eggs until firm
  3. Add your protein of choice, ensuring it's cooked thoroughly
  4. Throw in the noodles and fry until noodles turn a light brown
  5. Pour in PAD+SEN pad thai sauce along with Chinese chives and beansprouts, stir fry at maximum heat
  6. Plate up and garnish with peanuts, tablespoon of chilli powder and a wedge of lime.
