Chicken and/or prawn
- Soak the noodles in water at room temperature for 30 minutes
- Heat the wok at high temperature, coat with oil and fry the tofu and eggs until firm
- Add your protein of choice, ensuring it's cooked thoroughly
- Throw in the noodles and fry until noodles turn a light brown
- Pour in PAD+SEN pad thai sauce along with Chinese chives and beansprouts, stir fry at maximum heat
- Plate up and garnish with peanuts, tablespoon of chilli powder and a wedge of lime.
